Here’s a few ideas for some stress-relieving activities out in the sun.
1) Hiking
Depending on where you live there’s a good place to hike within a 15 to 20 minute drive. You may live near a mountain, woods or even desert area, all of which can be used for hiking. Before going out, prepare yourself by hopping on to www.epicnicbasket.com and buying yourself a picnic backpack. Load your new backpack up with food and drink and head out for your hiking destination. After hiking for a while treat yourself to a nice picnic and enjoy the spoils. The natural exercise and activity should help relieve stress.

If you live near a river, canoeing is a great way to get exercise and explore the outdoors. There are a vast number of options for water activities depending on your desire and capabilities.

If you don’t exercise regularly you can start with short jogs around the neighborhood and eventually you may be able to run in a marathon someday.
