Apple’s festive season sale is live in India, and for once the headline discounts are on current-generation hardware. The sale runs from October 11 to November 11 across the Apple Store Online, the Apple Store app, and Apple’s six retail stores in the country. The headline numbers: ₹7,000 (about $74) instant cashback on the iPhone 18 Pro lineup, up to ₹15,000 (about $158) off the MacBook Pro, and no-cost EMI stretching to 12 months.
Here is the full breakdown, with the math on what you actually pay.
iPhone 18 Pro: ₹7,000 cashback, but resellers go further
Apple is offering ₹7,000 instant cashback on the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and iPhone Air when you pay with eligible American Express, Axis Bank, or ICICI Bank cards. The iPhone 17 and iPhone 17e get ₹1,000 back on the same terms. The iPhone Duo, which opens pre-orders on October 16, also qualifies for the ₹7,000 cashback.
The trade-in program stacks on top: Apple values old devices at up to ₹81,500 (about $857) toward a new iPhone, depending on model and condition. And every new iPhone purchase includes three months of Apple Music, Apple TV+, and Apple Arcade free.
But Apple’s own store is not the cheapest route. iNvent, an Apple Premium Partner, is running its own Festive Deal Days since October 1, with the iPhone 18 Pro listed at ₹87,900, or ₹3,954 per month on a 24-month no-cost EMI, and the Pro Max at ₹1,02,900, or ₹4,579 per month. iNvent throws in a Bluetooth speaker worth ₹15,000 and matches the ₹7,000 cashback on Axis, ICICI, and SBI cards. If you are buying outright, compare Apple’s cashback price against iNvent’s financing before you tap pay.
One important detail: the cashback is payment-based, not a price cut. Pay with an ineligible card and you get nothing, so check your card against the eligible list before checkout.
Mac deals: the Pro discount is the one to watch
The Mac side of the sale is arguably stronger. The 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro get ₹15,000 cashback, the biggest absolute saving in the sale. The 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Air are ₹10,000 (about $105) off, and the MacBook Neo gets ₹7,000 back. Students do even better at resellers: iNvent offers 10 percent off MacBooks and iPads for students.
One caveat before you buy a Mac today: a touchscreen OLED MacBook Pro is rumored to land as soon as October 27, which would make it Apple’s first touchscreen Mac. If that report holds, the current Pro lineup could see deeper discounts within weeks, and buying now means missing the new model by days.
Everything else: EMI, engraving, and a festive special
Apple is offering 12 months of no-cost EMI on iPhones, Macs, and iPads, and six months on Apple Watch, AirPods, and accessories. Free engraving is available on AirPods, iPad, AirTag, and Apple Pencil.
The India-exclusive sweetener is a limited-edition AirPods 5 with a rangoli-inspired engraving on the Wireless Charging Case, sold only through Apple’s online store, app, and six retail outlets (BKC, Borivali, Saket, Noida, Hebbal, and Koregaon Park). It is a collector’s item more than a deal, but it is the kind of thing that sells out during the festive rush.
What to actually buy
The short version: the MacBook Pro’s ₹15,000 cashback is the strongest offer in the sale, unless the October 27 rumor gives you pause. For phones, the iPhone 18 Pro’s ₹7,000 cashback plus trade-in is the best current-generation iPhone deal Apple has offered in India this year, but check iNvent’s EMI pricing first. And if you have been eyeing the iPhone Duo, pre-orders open October 16 with the same ₹7,000 cashback attached, so get your setup done tonight.
