When I think of the term “beautiful older women” images of Catherine Zeta-Jones in the stable in the movie “Mask of Zorro”, Kelly Hu rising from the well in “The Scorpion King” or Grace Park in her forest sex scene in “Battle Star Galactica” come into mind. What about a bit older? Bo Derek jogging in a bathing along the beach in the movie “10”, Cheryl Tiegs posing in a bikini for Sports Illustrated, and who will ever forget the late Charlie’s Angel Farrah Fawcett in a red bathing suit.
When one uses the phrase “beautiful older women”, what exactly does “older” mean? Does it mean that these women are older than the person thinking about them or does it mean they are older than the current sexy bomb shells?
Take Jessica Alba for example. Is it because we no longer see her in a bikini or that figure hugging suit in “fantastic Four” is why she can be considered old as compared to say, Megan Fox? Or is it because Jessica is now a mommy? Are you considered old because of age or status? By status I mean someone else is in the limelight. Is “older” another term for “used to be…”or much worse “has been”?
The point I’m trying to get at is that the definition of the word “older” is rather muddled. If you had a chance to have sex with Catherine I doubt that you would not even think twice about it. Same thing with Megan. But take note that almost 20 years separate the two.
Does age really take away anything? Or just like a good wine it gets better and better as time goes by. Okay maybe at the age of 55 we may be pushing things a bit. But in their 40’s? No way. Much less someone in their 30’s. Only a blind man would not get a rise if Jessica Alba (who will be 30 in a couple of months) were to strip in front of him.
The one word though in that phrase that no one can be confused about is beautiful. They definitely are. If being considered “old” is when you are in your 30’s or 40’s then so be it. If this is the case, then another word that we can describe these “old” women is “refined” or even “classy”. Not that the younger hotties aren’t with class but when the likes of these older women walk into a room, all conversation stops. Everyone looks at them first with total awe and respect at the way they seem to effortlessly glide in and immediately fit in and own the place. After that well the male hormones kick in and fantasies run amuck.
So, what’s with older women? A helluva lot. They’ve been around the block once or twice. They can disarm you and make you melt with just their smile. They can teach the newer or current favorites a thing or two of what it is to be beautiful, classy and hot.
