Do you panic when you receive a text message from your ex girlfriend? I bet you turn on the jealously, hurt, anger and pain all at once.
I know what you feel like I’ve been there. You’re going about your merry way. Finally getting over you ex girlfriend, even though secretly you’d like her back.
Then bang out of the blue, she sends you a text message.
You don’t have to react to the text message and wonder how you should reply.
When most men are contacted by their ex girlfriends. Any emotions which they haven’t dealt with post the break up all come charging back and at full speed.
The text can mean the following:
1. It actually means nothing, more than what she has written.
2. The only person who decides what it means is you.
3. It is how you feel and react to what she has said, which determines what it actually means.
If she’s away from home, she’s bored, homesick and not enjoying it as much as she thought she would. She has started getting back in contact with you because you make her feel safe and secure.
If the text says Hi, How are you? That is all it means. Nothing more, nothing less. You don’t to have to reply to it if you don’t want to.
1. If you want to get your ex girlfriend back. Don’t bother trying to figure out any ‘hidden meaning’. The more you try and figure it out, the more you’ll actually be pushing her away from you.
2. It is about how you feel about what was written, not the words. They literally just words..
So where to from here?
Many guys want to get back with their ex girlfriends, so you are in good company. Yet, how can you get her back fast, naturally and not come across as emotionally needy and desperate?
The easiest things I know to hel you are:
1. Learn about the Law of Attraction. Then apply all of the steps. Not just the ones that you fancy. Yes, The Law of Attraction is more than day dreaming.
2. Learn about EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). It was your thoughts, feelings and how you reacted to them that got you in this situation. Why not use them to get you out of it and into something bigger and better?
By using both of these skills you can let go of your old hurt, anger, fear, jealousy and guilty. Once you let go of these you can start easily attracting your girlfriend back to you.
