The award recognizes the Salt Lake City center for reaching one million dollars in Whirlpool merchandise sales within a single fiscal year. The center reached their milestone in early October and was also #1 in the DirectBuy network for Whirlpool sales in 2007.
To further honor DirectBuy of Salt Lake City, Whirlpool top executives and representatives all joined in Utah to congratulate Owners Ed, Shirley and Dean Dandeneau and their staff. Sparing no expense, the center was treated to box suites at the Utah Jazz basketball game where they all gathered for a private award ceremony and dinner. It was a winning night for both the Utah Jazz team and the DirectBuy team of Salt Lake City.
