‘Crysis 3‘ is one among the highly anticipated games of this year which arms players with high-tech weaponry including the upgraded Nanosuit, fantastic new alien weapons and a new, silent tactical, high-tech composite bow to become the deadliest hunter on the planet. Assess Adapt and Attack!
The developer teased on the official facebook page to get ready for a big Crysis 3 announcement.
Although it is still not clear as to what this new announcement is about, there are high chances that the company might take this opportunity to kick off the game’s previously rumored open beta phase. However, it could also be information about some new DLC for the game, a pre-order bonus, or news about support for some additional platform.
The big announcement could after all turn out to be about the game’s open beta phase that was posted as a FAQ on the game’s official site and was quickly removed within a few hours. The post stated: “The Crysis 3 Beta will be live from January 29th through February 12th for PC, Xbox 360, and PS3 and in English only.”
Moreover, since ‘Crysis 2’ had a well received beta for the game’s multiplayer mode, it makes sense that Crytek would release a beta for the next game as well, especially when the company is absolutely aware about the growing popularity of the game that was attained from the very first day ‘Crysis 3’ was announced.
The game is currently set to arrive this February for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
