The rumored Apple iPad Mini might be announced within few days. According to reports, Asian suppliers claim to have already been producing parts for a 7.85-inch iPad mini tablet and Wall Street Journal reported that component suppliers have received orders to make more than 10 million units of the smaller iPad in the fourth quarter.
It’s unclear how much Apple’s iPad Mini might cost, it may be less expensive than the basic iPad ($499). In launching a lower-cost product, Apple could expand its potential base of customers and defend itself from low-cost tablets
