Having said this if you can’t drive a manual yet you might want to start looking at some lessons as you will be able to find way more vehicles with manual gear boxes.

You can attempt to contact them directly or use an online truck auction. Many large corporations use online truck auctions to quickly get rid of their used vehicles so they are great place to find a cheap reliable used truck.
