At the time of writing, this is the latest 13.3-inch Apple laptop model of 2010. Most of its improvements are evident in the specs and features of this MacBook Pro model. The new model has a 2.4Ghz dual core processor, a new NVIDIA GeForce 320M graphics card, 4GB of DDR3 RAM and 250GB for storage. It retains its wide selection of connectivity options that include Bluetooth 2.1, 802.11n wi-fi connectivity, 2 USB ports and a FireWire 800 port among many others.

Design wise, not much changes have been made to this model except for the slightly thinner power adapter chord. It keeps its sturdy and sleek aluminum body, spacious track-pad and the oh-so-comfortable keyboard. There were some additions though to the multi-touch feature. The track pad now supports 'inertial scrolling' that allows flick-scrolling, just like on the iPhone and iPad. The 1280 x 800 resolution screen was a delight to use, with vibrant colors and good viewing angles.

Improvements were also made to its battery life in the new 13-inch Apple MacBook Pro. The battery on the new model can last up to 10 hours at one go, which is extremely good by any full-featured laptop standards. Overall, despite the improvements made on the new model was not earth shattering, we were still very pleased with them. Thanks to the ample 4GB of DDR3 RAM (and the faster processor), multitasking with some heavy applications was just a breezy experience.

With a set of more powerful specs, a better graphics card, a longer battery life and the same old price, the new 13-inch MacBook pro does give you great value for your money. Currently, you can get yourself one of these for just around $ 1184 per unit.
