Firm Breasts – Most Favoured Method to Help Avoid Plastic Surgery and Sagging Boobs

Firm breasts are a major concern among women aside from facial wrinkles. More women are turning to cosmetic surgery as a fix for their feeling ugly. Before this route is taken consider other options which remove wrinkly sagging skin from the eyes and what surround the breasts “safely.” What is causing my breasts to sag? Why do my boobs droop? Is there a reason why I have no cleavage? These are common questions asked by worrying women. Ladies stop fretting because there are ways to control sagging breasts and ways to bring boobs back into shape and position.

Sagging breasts is a natural, inevitable process that happens. Women with fairly small breasts will not normally have this problem. Drooping normally occurs because of breast involution. Most ages can be affected. Breasts do not have muscles. Breasts have ligaments and connective tissue. If you have more understanding on the causes it will increase the success rate of your boobs returning back to position more likely.

Gravity pulls the breasts down along with the ligaments while stretching the skin which result in droopy breasts. Each individual differs so this may not be the case for all. It depends on the elasticity of your skin and of your ligaments, as determined by genes and diet. Ageing is another cause; Women with large breasts normally become victim of gravity pulling them down more.

Breast involution is a when the milking structure inside the breast shrinks. This happens either after weaning or right after pregnancy or during menopause. Women have said after giving birth they noticed their breasts sagging and go out of shape. Is this not normal because after all the breasts have gone through major changes in the last nine months. When tissues inside the breast shrink, and the skin surrounding it doesn’t, the breast can look ’empty’ and saggy.

Not only does chest workouts firm they can powerfully condition and shape. This workout will “not” increase your bust size. You don’t need large boobs to be sexy and beautiful.

Other than cosmetic surgery, you need to build up the pectoral muscles under your breasts and fill the sag with muscle. To build more muscle, try the dumbbell fly method, using a pair of one- to three-pound weights. Most exercises for breast firming can be done in the comfort of your home.

1 Take a weight in each hand, and lie down on the floor. Extend your arms out at shoulder level on the floor with your palms up, clutching your weights. The weights should be parallel to your body. Draw both arms directly up together above your body, keeping your elbows slightly bent, so that the weights meet over your chest. Bring the weights out to your sides at shoulder height, as if you were drawing a semicircle. Continue to do this 12 to 15 times, and then have a breather. If during whatever the exercise you experience problems or pain, stop immediately. Dumbbell fly will include 3 sets. If discomfort is felt, stop, you may be doing something wrong.

2 A variation on the fly that also builds chest muscle is the chest press. Introduction to this exercise begins with holding a five-pound dumbbell in each hand and to lie on your back on the floor. Extend your arms and hold the dumbbells up in the air over your chest, parallel to your body. Take things easy and never rush any of the exercises you have allotted to your self, injuries can happen. Bend your elbows and lower the dumbbells toward your chest, with your elbows out to the sides at shoulder level. Extend your arms straight back up over your chest and repeat the exercise 12 to 15 times. You should have no discomfort, but if you do stop right away. Same applies as above – 3 sets and rest time.

3 Just like most tasks undertaken a finishing touch is in order. You need to round off your workout with exercise to strengthen the back muscles or else problems like round-shoulders and weakness can happen. Avoid rounded shoulders by using a five- to ten-pound weight in your left hand, then lean on a bench setting your right knee and right hand down on its surface. Your left foot should be on the floor. Bend your left elbow, bring the weight up to your armpit and try to squeeze your left shoulder blade toward your spine. As you resist gravity, slowly lower the weight back down until your arm is fully extended. No gain without pain so you may find this a little uneasy. Resist temptation in letting the weight fall by squeezing with your left shoulder blade as the weight returns to the starting position.

What has sun protection got to do with firming the breast? Exposing the skin to much sun can speed up the aging of the elastin fibres that keep your skin from drooping. It also carries other dangers like skin cancer. How important is it to wear a bra, very important indeed. “Wearing a bra puts less stress on the ligaments.” An ill fitting bra is not good for this problem Women with heavy chests should try wearing nonelastic shoulder straps, noted for minimizing movement.

The power of the cleavage for attracting the opposite sex always works, however that is if the one you wish to impress is not a leg man.
