1. Drink lots of water throughout the day. This is very important to any diet as it takes off all water weight when enough water is consumed.

2. Do a cardiovascular exercises everyday, such as walk, jogging, cycle, or aerobics. However, you should remember not to over exercise your body, give it at least 2 days rest each week.

3. DO NOT eating pass 7:30 at night. Because at night there are barely any activities and your body will store the fat instead of burning it.

4. Take some fat binder pills, such as Proactol every day. A fat binder is basically a fat magnet, it will bind the fat before it gets absorbed into your body and carry on as waste. This will dramatically help you to get rid the fat and prevent the fat stored in your body, even while you are sleeping.
