Why These 3 Simple Exercises Can Normalize Your Blood Pressure

You may have heard about lowering high blood pressure by practicing exercises such as swimming, stair climbing, and other aerobic activities. But what about 3 easy exercises without you having to break a sweat?

Yes, those 3 exercises exist. In fact, people have been able to cure their hypertension naturally with those exercises, without them having to take medications that can cause various side effects. But first of all, let me emphasize that if you are on medications already, you can’t just stop right away. You need to consult your doctor beforehand.

OK, let’s move on.

Oh, before I forget, have I mentioned that they may work no matter the cause of your hypertension is?

If you are starting to get curious, here are the exercises:

The first exercise is called walking in a rhythm. When you practice it, your mind will be synchronized with the body in calm state (can also be practiced by sitting down).

The second exercise is called emotions release. The exercise is meant to release tensions that have been built up within you.

The last exercise, but not least, is called relaxation exercise. Yes, it is a traditional relaxation technique, but will be powerful combined with the other two exercises.

But they seem to only work if the hypertension is stress-related, right? Wrong. As what has been mentioned earlier, they may work even if your hypertension is genetically caused.

Let me explain a little.

Everyone can have high blood pressure at certain times (like when having a fight with a partner), and that’s normal. The heart will respond by pumping more blood to give more energy. When the body is normal, the blood pressure will go back to normal. But when it’s not, the blood pressure may keep being high all day.

Now for example, what if your hypertension is caused by cholesterol, not stress? How will those exercises help?

If you have cholesterol built up in the body, the arteries will become narrower than normal, so the heart will have to pump harder and the pressure is higher. To protect from this high pressure, the arteries will harden, but it will tend to crack also (because of the pressure). When there are cracks, cholesterol may build up there causing worse pressure. In normal condition, the heart should be able to normalize the blood pressure, but because of the hardened arteries it “gets used to” giving high blood pressure.

Now what if you get a “focused break” with the exercises?

Your body as well as your mind will become relax, and your blood pressure will drop for several minutes. If this happens, the arteries will not have to protect themselves from the high pressure. Gradually, when you practice the exercises, the heart will “get used to” lower pressure again, and the cracks will begin to heal little by little.

So, that was a little explanation of how they work.

If you are still skeptical, it is understandable. There was once a gentleman who doubted the exercises because his high blood pressure was genetically caused. However, he then changed his mind after practicing them. When he kept on practicing regularly, his blood pressure was become healthy again, although he swore it was 100% genetically caused.

The gentleman actually met Christian Goodman, the creator of the exercise program, on a plane. Mr. Goodman lent him his iPod so the gentleman could listen to the exercises. After the flight, Mr. Goodman gave him his card in case he wanted to get his own exercises in MP3 format. The gentleman actually got online and ordered the program right after getting up from his jetlag nap.
