Self-Love Valentine’S Day

Self-Love is the foundation of your life.  It creates the limits (or limitlessness) of ALL you experience.  Do you love yourself enough to live a spectacular life?

If so, what better time to show it than on Valentine’s Day.  (Consider it your Love New Year!)

And, if you do not feel like you love yourself enough to live a spectacular life then Valentine’s Day is the perfect day to start shifting your beliefs and feelings in that direction.

Here’s how:

Stop for a moment right now and think about how you would like to be treated on Valentine’s Day (or any day of celebrating your love) by your ideal romantic partner.  Really let loose in your imagination.  Don’t hold back at all.  Chocolates?  Roses?  Diamonds?  Rubies  Massage?  Romantic dinner?  Love notes in your underwear drawer?  A day of adventure?  A book of photographs to celebrate your love? 

Really give it some thought and figure it out in all its glorious detail.  And then, give it to yourself (either on Valentine’s Day or another day THIS WEEK if you are going to be busy with your actual romantic partner on the actual day – but do not delay because that would send yourself the wrong message.)

And, do this even if others are also doing things for you.

The message you send yourself (and the Universe) is:  I love ME!  I matter to ME!  I matter enough to me to treat MYSELF like an extra-special person on this day of celebration of love.

Affirmation:
I love myself enough to treat myself as well or better than I would like others to treat me.
