Bill Kaysing who wrote the book We Never Went to the Moon Americas 30 Billion Dollar Swindle. I believe there was technology developed for the inner orbits of earth not deep space.

Although many feel Nazi Germany had developed an Moon program itself with flying Saucer bases built at the South pole for the sole purpose of exsploring the moon.Many Conspriacy theorists felt the Nazi Government established colonies on the Moons surface as early as1942.Subsequently some believe there were also colonies established on Mars durning this time,what is the truth we would never know no more than the Apollo Conspriacy theory of today.
