Micro Focus UFT

Having recently bought Unified Functional Testing, Micro Focus has combined features to make a new automation that boasts support for technologies such as PeopleSoft, WPF, SAP, NET, Siebel, Oracle and Terminal Emulators.

Offering business process testing and keyword driven framework, Micro Focus UFT offers the best features of both worlds, including error handling mechanism and the creation of parameters for checkpoints, objects, and data-driven tables as well as XML support.

Selenium

Sulley Fuzzing Framework

Named for the lovable fuzzy monster, Sulley of Pixar’s Monster’s Inc., the Sulley Fuzzing Framework is equal parts fuzzing framework and testing engine. Designed for not only simplifying data representation but also transmission and instrumentation, Sulley will run for days at a time, constantly checking applications for defects and odd responses to fuzzed inputs and recording the results.

Sulley can also run parallel, depending on its host hardware, and can automatically determine test cases that will trigger faults.

The automated tester offers business continuity through ongoing monitoring and scalability of your online presence through load testing.

WorkSoft Certify

Considered the “gold standard” for testing SAP and non-SAP enterprise applications, WorkSoft offers the only code-free continuous automation for complex applications with optimizations for over 250 web and cloud applications.

Cucumber

Designed around the concept of behavior-driven development, Cucumber is an open-sourced tool used to perform acceptance testing by running examples that describe the behavior of the application. Created for automated functional and regression testing, the three tools work with different scripting languages: Workbench uses VB.net and Silk4J and Silk4NET can use VB.NET, C#, Java, and more.
