Lenovo IdeaCentre AIO Y910 All-In-One Review: An Inexpensive 27-Inch Gaming PC

When people think of a serious gaming computer, the Lenovo IdeaCentre AIO Y910 isn’t always the first model to come to mind, which is a shame, considering that the all-in-one comes with everything a gamer could ever need. Its starting price is even less than $2,000. There is no giant tower to get in the way, and the display itself isn’t much bigger than a typical 27-inch HDTV.

It stands almost 19.5-inches tall and has a total depth of 9.4-inches (including the stand). The bezel around the display is less than.25-inch thick along the top and sides. With this design, the Y910 appears almost borderless. The webcam is located within a pop-up module at the top of the screen.

The three-point metal stand is a separate piece, although its stem is permanently connected to the display. There are no power adapters getting in the way since the 380-watt power supply is located in the stem. The stand can be adjusted at a 25-degree vertical tilt.

Even though the external surfaces are primarily plastic, the computer does not feel fragile or cheap. The plastic design actually makes it weigh less than it would if it were made out of other types of materials.

This all-in-one has an LED widescreen display with a native resolution of 2560×1440 and image aspect ratio of 16:9. Image brightness is 250 cd/m2.

The Lenovo IdeaCentre AIO Y910 offers the power of a true desktop with a full-size graphics card and quad-core Intel Core i7 processor.
